FREENOW is one the leading mobility platforms in Europe. Our app was launched 2009 in Hamburg (Germany) under the brand of "mytaxi" as a "taxi app" aiming to connect taxi passengers and drivers. Over the years, we expanded and launched our activities in 9 additional European markets (Austria, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain). New means of transportation were added to the platform which initiated the transition for mytaxi to become FREENOW in 2019 - a reformed company aiming to get people from A to B fast, easy and eco-friendly using all types of transportation available in a modern city. As a consequence of this transformation, our service offering (depending on the market) can range from classic taxis or black cabs and private-hire vehicles over scooters, e-bikes and e-scooters (like TIER, VOI and Cooltra) to car-sharing options (like SHARE NOW and SIXT). Today, we are operating in more than 100 cities and, supported by our main shareholders BMW and Daimler, continue to evolve urban mobility for and with our users. Interested in joining?
